New living units at Kleven Verft in Ulsteinvik

Malthus has won the contract for 108 new living units at Kleven Verft in Ulsteinvik.
The contract includes two residential blocks, each containing 44 living units. The contract also inclueds the delivery of an additional 20 rooms that will be added to an existing living quarter that we have previously delivered.

 

The three year contract is a sizable 8,6 million NOK, with an option to deliver three additional residential blocks, each containing 44 living units.
