The Holmenkollen National Sports Arena Development

Malthus AS has been awarded a contract with the Oslo Sport Authority and the Holmenkollen Project for delivery of day-time accommodation modules for workers on the large Holmenkollen National Sports Arena. Holmenkollen will be upgraded for the 2011 Nordic events Skiing World Championship.The value of the contract is NOK 4,5 million, with start-up scheduled autumn 2008. The delivery is presumed to be completed at the end of 2008.The buildings will be rented with a buy-out option when the rental period is over.

Vale Inco has commissioned phase 3 on Newfoundland

The first two phases, 800 rooms and corresponding common areas, of the accommodation camp on Newfoundland have been in use for a couple of months now. Phase 3 is now commissioned and within spring 2012 the camp will consist of approx. 1050 rooms in total.
