New office building for StatoilHydro

Between January and July 2008 Malthus built a 150 m long office building for StatoilHydro at Kårstø. The building was made up of 112 top quality modules. This 3000 m² building contains 130 individual office spaces, meeting rooms, a canteen, technical rooms etc. The building is technically complex with access control systems, locing- and alarm systems, camera surveillance and balanced ventilation. The value of the contract is approx. 40 mill NOK.
