Inspiration and teamwork
We will deliver solutions that are clearly marked by our new slogan: inspiration and teamwork. According to the dictionary inspiration means injection, inhalation, stimulation, enthusiasm and divine infl uence. In our case, inspiration stands for initiative, creativity, knowledge, innovation and positivity. Teamwork indicates multiple people interacting towards a common goal.

Solid expertise
Malthus has local project management, local service, local building management and local service personnel. Among our 185 employees (oct. 2007), we have a special staff of technical consultants who have long experience in special adaptation of temporary and permanent buildings. We also have employees who have specialised themselves in their fields for up to 30 years and can thus master today's challenges.
